Hotel Granja Brasil Resort Petropolis , Itaipava

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff were great and the location was fantastic, the facilities were quite disappointing. The spa services were good, but many promised amenities were out of order, and I dealt with a persistent sewer smell in my room. Overall, they really need to invest more in maintenance and amenities for the price they charge.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a great view and close proximity to the center of Itaipava. The staff was excellent and dedicated, making our stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the facilities were subpar and not well maintained, including a broken sauna and gym equipment, which really impacted our experience. The room had a horrible sewer smell, and it didn't quite reflect the standard we expected for the price.
